The Remedy: Afrosonic Liberation Sessions

Intentional Community Engagement

Seeking answers from negative thought patterns, June Moon, the sound curator of The Remedy, began using guided meditation coupled with Kundalini Yoga in 2009. They saw that energy can be transformed in a positive way to address the ideas of scarcity, oppressive systems, and preconceived notions of limitation. The principles of the work are steeped in ancient healing modalities infused with sound, vibration, and frequency elicited through our own body. Our breathing, thoughts, energy and words are not only within our control, but can be engaged intentionally to promote the positive thoughts that lead to change, healing and transformation for our highest good. The purpose of the work is to share these modalities for our individual consciousness and address the desire for community, oneness and emotional well being.
